Frances (Mama) and Michael (Papa) opened Mama's in 1967 with one goal in mind: to make the very best food they could in a cozy atmosphere with family and friends. Over 40 years later, their son Michael is carrying on the tradition with his wife Debra, daughter Felicia, son Michael, and the rest of the Mama's family (everyone's family at Mama's).
